Message

We only offer products we truly believe in, and we stand behind them.

President & CEOShinichi Sugiyama

For many years, since my father's generation, Sugiyama Kosakusho has been engaged in structural steel fabrication.

I became President in 2023. While continuing to value the steel business we inherited, I had long wanted to build a second pillar for the company's future. Through a chance encounter, I learned about the import and distribution business, and I decided to take on this new challenge.

What matters most to me in this business is offering only products that I genuinely believe are good. We do not choose products simply because they sell. We see them, handle them and use them ourselves, and only when we can honestly say,

"This will truly help someone."
"I want to deliver this with confidence."

do we bring them to our customers.

We hope our products make small inconveniences disappear, lighten the heart a little and bring a few more smiles to people's days. We want to help reduce everyday stress, so that genuine smiles can spread through people's lives.

That is the kind of company we want to be, and that is the commitment I put into this business.

We will continue to take every product seriously and deliver only what we are fully satisfied with, taking responsibility for each one.

Sugiyama Kosakusho Co., Ltd.Shinichi Sugiyama, President & CEO

Our Roots

A company that built the pillars of buildings, now building a new pillar for its business.

For many years, we have fabricated steel columns, the main structural members that support a building's frame. The precision and sense of responsibility we developed in that work are the same values we now bring to our import and distribution business.
